Our Team was invited to perform Traditional Lion Dance at the 25th Tropicarnival Dragon Boat Regatta. The team performed very well despite abysmal weather and performing in a cramped area filled to capacity. We were told that it was the 1st time in the events 25 year history that it ever rained.

Congratulations to Cheung Si-Fu 恭喜! 恭喜!
Congratulations to Cheung Si-Fu head coach from our Hong Kong Branch who competed at the 18th HK Open Nei Jia Chuan Competition organised by the HK Chinese Marital Arts Dragon and Lion Dance Association. On 3rd Oct, 2010 Cheung Si-Fu took out a 1st place in Chen Style 56 Tai Chi form. We look forward to organising more Cheung Si-Fu’s Tai Chi seminars in Australia.
Well Done Team!
Our teams are placing very well in the NAS Demo/ Creative Weapons with Team A: Nate Wade, Tye Wilkie & Liam Morley taking out first place as well as Team B: Curt Hall & Ben Hall taking out Second place in the Junior divisions with Choreographed fighting routines. Sascha Newman and William Helmrich also took out first place in Demo/Creative Weapons Senior Division with a convincing display of techniques. We always tell our students that an amateur will practice till they get it right where as a professional practices till he never gets it wrong, on this occasion I believe the team delivered and we were very proud of them especially those whom were fairly new to martial arts. Special mention should go to Nate Wade who took out another first place in Forms. Well done to all students whom participated.
